Everybody is like a bottle of clear water with a settled bed of sediments at the bottom. No matter how perfect they seem, there will definitely be the sediments of the not-so-nice/imperfections. However, at rest, the bottle seems so clear and perfect and nice. It is only when the bottle is shaken, the sediments disturbed, can one see the existence of these sediments as they cloud the once-clear water. Only in troubles and periods of unrest can one see for himself the imperfections and the need to change/improve. Hence the need for regular unrest. A time to spring clean, a time to introspect, a time to reflect, a time to seek, realign and to grow. Else there'll only be stagnation and complacency. Ungrowth. Plateau.
